We reserve dates exclusively for our clients and begin planning work right away, often turning away other bookings. This policy keeps things fair for everyone.
Cancellation by Client
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to mc@raeanneventure.com. Refunds are based on the time between written notice and the event date:
- Within 72 hours of booking (and more than 30 days before the event): full refund.
- More than 180 days before the event: 75% refund of amounts paid.
- 90 to 180 days before the event: 50% refund.
- 30 to 89 days before the event: 25% refund.
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund.
Signature Consultations are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session; otherwise they may be rescheduled once.
Rescheduling
You may move your event date once at no charge with at least 60 days' notice, subject to availability. Amounts paid transfer to the new date. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the package price.
Cancellation by Raeanne Ventures
If we must cancel for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us. If cancellation is due to force majeure, we will first offer to reschedule, and if that is not possible, refund amounts paid less the value of work already completed.
Third-Party Vendor Deposits
Deposits paid directly to venues and vendors are subject to their own policies and are not refundable by us.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original card through Square within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
