These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of raeanneventure.com and any event management services provided by Raeanne Ventures, managed by Khristyn Raeanne McKay, located at 378 Crooked Ln, King of Prussia, PA 19406 ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide event planning, design, coordination and production services as described in the package you purchase or in a written proposal. Any services beyond the selected package require a written change order and may incur additional fees.
2. Bookings & Payment
- Your date is reserved only after full payment of the package price (or the agreed retainer) is received.
- Payments are processed securely by Square, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Pennsylvania taxes may be added where required.
- A paid invoice will be issued for every completed payment.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions and approvals, and to ensure that any venue or vendor you engage directly complies with their own contracts. Guest counts and key details must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.
4. Third-Party Vendors
We may recommend or coordinate venues, caterers, florists, entertainers and other vendors. Unless otherwise stated in writing, vendors contract directly with you, and we are not liable for their performance, products, or failure to deliver, though we will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues on your behalf.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations, refunds and date changes are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health orders, government action, war, or utility failure. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.
7. Photography & Portfolio
Unless you opt out in writing, we may use photographs of event design (not identifying guests without consent) in our portfolio and marketing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, our logo, design concepts and planning documents remain our property. Clients receive a license to use planning documents for their own event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
